WhatsApp is the quickest way to reach us — 10am–7pm IST, Mon–Sat. Email works too. Tell us the name the order was placed under and the SKU, and we can usually sort it in one reply.

How to reach us
- +91 95990 95571 — the fastest route, and the one your order already lives on.
- ott.shared12@gmail.com — better for anything long, or if you would rather have it in writing.
- Hours
- 10am–7pm IST, Mon–Sat. Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
A real person answers, usually within a couple of hours during those hours and first thing the next morning otherwise. There is no ticket number and no queue position — messages go straight to the people who pack the parcels.
Nobody from JoyBaskets will ever ring you for an OTP, a card number or a UPI PIN. If someone does, it is not us — please tell us about it.
What to include so we can help fast
There is no account system here, so we find your order by matching what you tell us against the WhatsApp threads. Four things in your first message usually mean there is no second one:
- Your order reference, the code beginning jb_ on your confirmation page — or the name the order was placed under
- The SKU — the code like JB-BS-001, printed on the product page under the name
- The colour and size you chose, if the piece comes in more than one
- For damage, a fault or a wrong item: two photographs, one of the whole item and one close up, sent within 48 hours of delivery
Reporting damage, a fault or a wrong item? Send the photographs within 48 hours of delivery and we can book the replacement in the same reply — the full sequence is on the Returns & Replacements page.
Or leave your number and we will message you
For anyone who would rather not open a chat first — or who is on a desktop with no WhatsApp session — leave the number WhatsApp is on and what you would like to know. It reaches the same people as the link above.
Ask us anything
A size, a fabric, whether a print comes in super king, or where an order has got to.
Before you message us
These come up most often. If yours is here, you have your answer without waiting for a reply.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Our manufacturing partner dispatches within 24–48 hours of payment clearing, and couriers take 5–7 days to reach anywhere in India. Dispatch pauses on Sundays, so an order confirmed on a Saturday evening usually leaves on Monday.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, cards or netbanking, always before dispatch. We do not offer cash on delivery — every order on this site is prepaid, which is how we keep delivery free on every order with no minimum.
What does delivery cost?
Nothing. Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in India. There is no minimum to reach and no flat rate below it. The price on the product page is the price you pay; the checkout total is the goods and nothing else.
How do I track my order?
Open /track and enter your order reference and the mobile number you ordered with. It shows the real status of the order, what is in it and what happens next. Lost the reference? Enter just your mobile number on the same page and we will list the orders placed with it — the date, what was in each one, the total and a shortened reference — so you can pick out the right one and type its full reference. We also send the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp as soon as the parcel is picked up. There is no account and no password.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel a paid order yourself within 24 hours of paying, as long as it has not been dispatched yet — and the full amount is refunded. Do it yourself on the tracking page at /track, or message us. A cancellation refund usually takes 2–4 working days to reflect back to your original source of payment. To change a size, design, quantity or address instead of cancelling, message us on WhatsApp before dispatch and we will edit it. Once the parcel has left the warehouse it cannot be stopped or changed.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Send us photographs on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery — one of the whole item, one close up on the damage. We replace it free and book the pickup ourselves. You are never asked to pay a courier.
Can I return something I simply did not like?
No. We do not accept change-of-mind returns. If the print is not what you hoped for, or you simply do not want the piece any more, it cannot be sent back. Please read the size, fabric and care details on the product page before you order, and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear — we would much rather answer a question first. If a piece arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, we send you a replacement. Once an order has been dispatched, money is not returned. There is no refund to a card, to UPI or to a bank account after that point, and a genuine fault is put right with a replacement piece instead.
When do I get my money back?
Only in one situation, and it is the one where nothing has been made or moved yet. You can cancel a paid order yourself within 24 hours of paying, as long as it has not been dispatched yet — and the full amount is refunded. A cancellation refund usually takes 2–4 working days to reflect back to your original source of payment. Once an order has been dispatched, money is not returned. There is no refund to a card, to UPI or to a bank account after that point, and a genuine fault is put right with a replacement piece instead. If that exact piece is no longer available, we will send an equivalent piece of the same value, agreed with you over WhatsApp.
The print is not identical to the photo. Is that a defect?
No — it is how hand-block printing works. Every length of cloth is stamped by hand with carved wooden blocks and natural dyes, so shade and print register shift slightly between pieces and between batches. Two bedsheets from the same run will not be twins. That is not grounds for a return. Genuine faults — a tear, a run in the dye, a broken zip — are a different matter, and we replace those.
Do you ship outside India?
Not yet. We deliver across India only. If you are ordering from abroad for an address in India, that is fine — the delivery address just has to be Indian.
